Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days, upon receipt of your package, to return your items to us. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with its label.
You must also complete the returns form available below.

Important:

For hygiene reasons we do not take back glasses or jewelry.

Other item for which return is not authorized:
- Gift cards

-Items on sale or on promotion
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

- Exchanges are not possible, if you want another size you will have to reorder.

  • Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will then be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

  • Reshipment

Return costs for returning one or more items from an order are the responsibility of the customer. and must be made via the carrier La Poste / Colissimo. No returns sent to a relay point will be accepted and recovered. Returns must only be made to the address indicated via this carrier. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
